| | | | KincumberKincumber, situated between Brisbane Water and the coast, has a keen interest for the visitor, for beside its own scenic charms, it is a highly productive district, and has historic associations going back to the very early days. It is at the head of Cockle Creek. which near the head of navigation widens into an extensive inland lake, known as Kincumber Broadwater. For a short distance beyond this, launches and small vessels can get along the narrowing stream, and penetrate right into Kincumber.
Transit is by road from Gosford, 10 kilometres with a regular
